Ciabatta Bread Filled Cheese & Onion

Ciabatta Bread is best heated prior to use and this one is no exception - as you need to melt the cheese & onion flavoured garlic butter. This will ensure that the eggshell crust is revitalised and you have wonderfully crispy slices to enhance your dining experience.

INGREDIENT DECLARATION

Wheat flour (gluten), Water, Dried sourdough [Wheat flour (gluten), Rye flour (gluten), Yeast, Ascorbic acid, Enzymes], Salt Preservative: Calcium propionate.

Filling: Vegetable Oil [(palm fruit mesocarp) preservative: potassium sorbate E202], Cheddar Cheese (24%) [cow's milk sodium nitrate, calcium chloride, salt, cellulose {fibre}, selected cheese cultures, non-animal rennet, colourant {Annatto}], Onion (12%), Garlic (3%) [vinegar, water {Preservative sodium benzoate}]Flavourants.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

Heating times are guides only. Pre heat oven to 180 °C. DO NOT REMOVE product from packaging. Place loaf directly onto middle oven rack. Heat for approximately 7 - 10 minutes. Tap the bread before removing from the oven. If it sounds hollow, it is usually heated through.

For best results, once butter is melted, cut bag open and place loaf back into the oven for another minute or two to make the crust crispier - please keep an eye on it to prevent it from burning...
