Roosterkoek 100g 6s

ZAR 24.10

The indigenous Khoe people from the Cape region made bread centuries ago, using open coals to bake the loaves known as "roosterkoek" (loosely translated as grilled cake). While we don't have open coal fires in our facility, we do grill them, by hand, over an open flame care of large, industrial grillers. Traditionally served with grated cheese and apricot jam, these sizeable and filling roosterkoek can be combined with any topping with any meal...
